Roofing Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Perform general inspections and determine the scope of work for potential repairs and replacements.

• Identify, locate, document, and provide recommendations on deficiencies and issues within roof systems.

• Execute emergency repairs as necessary to address customer requirements.

• Deliver a comprehensive scope of work for any additional repairs that may be required.

• Install services and carry out approved repairs as requested.

• Collaborate effectively with owners, customers, colleagues, managers, and inter-office personnel.

• Adaptability to dynamic environments and varying workplaces is essential.

• Complete necessary daily documentation, including online service records and timesheets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have experience with commercial roof systems as outlined above.

• Physically capable of managing all facets of roofing repairs.

• Adhere to all OSHA and industry standards for safety and compliance.

• Proficient computer skills are advantageous.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.

• The ideal candidate should possess experience with single-ply membranes, modified bitumen, built-up roofing, roof-related sheet metal, and standing-seam/metal-panel roofing systems.

• Must hold and maintain a valid driver’s license.

• Successful completion of drug screening and background checks is necessary.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.

• Personal tools for the trade are required.
