Roadside Assistance Territory Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and oversee contractor partnerships to guarantee the provision of Roadside Assistance that meets or surpasses Quality Standards.

• Collaborate closely with local contractors who support AAA members during Emergency Roadside Assistance situations.

• Collect information and documentation to aid management in assessing eligibility for participation in Roadside Assistance (RA).

• Facilitate or assist in the onboarding process of approved RA candidates following management's endorsement.

• Safeguard the AAA brand by overseeing the authorized use of the logo at designated facilities and ensuring compliance throughout the partnership's duration.

• Offer guidance to RA facilities aimed at enhancing efficiencies and minimizing costs.

• Conduct training sessions on RA protocols and program standards for approved facilities and their staff.

• Collaborate closely with the Member Relations Department to investigate and resolve member complaints in accordance with established departmental guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree; relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.

• Over 4 years of experience in account or vendor management, business consultation, or a business ownership role; alternatively, 8+ years in a dispatch capacity; or 5+ years in a fleet supervisory role involving interaction with vendors, service providers, or drivers.

• Proficiency in complaint resolution and arbitration techniques.

• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
