This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Oversee the daily operations of a diverse team comprising RNs, LPNs, Medical Assistants, and unlicensed personnel.
• Track clinical interaction volumes and patient acuity, adjusting resources dynamically as needed.
• Create and implement audit standards, resources, and training in collaboration with clinical quality and education colleagues.
• Offer individual and group coaching based on performance metrics and outcome trends of team members.
• Coordinate and execute procedures to ensure adherence to organizational policies, licensing requirements, and state/federal regulations.
• Design and facilitate continuing education necessary for licensure alongside clinical education initiatives.
• Serve as a liaison with both internal and external business partners to enhance services, bridge service gaps, elevate consumer experience, and bolster patient safety.
• Address patient, customer, and business partner issues in collaboration with management when necessary.
• Engage in strategic planning and execution to support departmental and organizational objectives.
• Formulate and execute change management, communication, and sustainability strategies.
• Evaluate and refine workflows, as well as develop and implement new workflows or service lines.
• Handle human resource functions including coaching, performance evaluations, recruitment, compensation adjustments, promotions, career progression, professional development, performance improvement planning, and separations.
• Lead initiatives for team member engagement and monitor outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to the organization’s Code of Ethical Conduct, policies, regulations, and relevant laws.
• A valid Registered Nurse License is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent professional experience.
• Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of nursing experience.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and critical decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and database tools.
• Preferred experience with electronic medical records and telephony systems.
• Ability to collaborate with individuals possessing diverse skill sets and roles.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Skill in adapting messaging for different audiences.
• Capacity to prioritize various responsibilities and tasks with a high degree of independence.
• Experience in project management, sustainability planning, and operational budgeting.
• Results-oriented with a keen attention to detail.
