RN – Health Care Facility Surveyor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• RN Health Care Facility Surveyor - All States - Remote

• Engage in a technically stimulating environment while providing support to both internal and external clients across the nation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing is required.

• Completion of CMS’s Long-Term Care Basic Training and passing the Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT) is mandatory.

• At least two (2) years of recent experience as a surveyor, accrediting or certifying facilities that cater to the residents of long-term care facilities is essential.

• Must hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice.

• Proven ability to make independent decisions to effectively oversee the survey process.

• Capable of setting priorities independently and collaboratively while performing survey tasks.

• Comfortable discussing conflicts or controversies, with a willingness to seek help when necessary to make informed decisions and resolve issues.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time regularly is required.
