RN, Clinical Operations – PT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +26 more states.

📋 Description

• Perform clinical evaluations and offer disease- and therapy-related education to patients and their caregivers.

• Recognize and address issues concerning therapy usage, adherence, persistence, adverse effects, and disease-state matters.

• Direct patients to pharmacists and/or alert healthcare providers when clinically necessary.

• Record clinical evaluations, interventions, care coordination efforts, and clinical documentation.

• Assist in the planning, execution, and management of clinical programs and initiatives.

• Fill out adverse event forms and complete program-specific paperwork.

• Work collaboratively with pharmacists, clinical team members, manufacturers, client partners, healthcare provider offices, and clinics.

• Help with order creation and setup, payment options, copay assistance, order specifics, and shipping coordination.

• Maintain clinical proficiency across supported therapies, disease states, protocols, and specialty pharmacy services.

• Ensure adherence to accreditation standards, pharmacy policies, HIPAA, and relevant regulations.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) is mandatory.

• Must hold current, unrestricted licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of residence.

• Capacity to acquire additional single-state nursing licenses as required.

• Preferred: Unrestricted multi-state compact nursing license.

• Preferred: 2 years of experience in patient-centered care or disease management nursing.

• Engage in, adhere to, and promote compliance program objectives.

• Ability to consistently interact in a cooperative and respectful manner with colleagues.
