This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee small-scale projects either under direct or general supervision, ensuring that project deliverables meet established quality standards, are completed on schedule, and stay within budget.

• Act as the regional lead or co-manager for intricate international projects/programs, holding secondary responsibility for the delivery of project outputs.

• Uphold and advocate for delivery and service principles when interacting with PSI customers.

• Guide project teams effectively.

• Provide training, mentoring, and coaching to Lead CRAs, Senior CRAs, CRAs, PCAs, and SMAs.

• Engage in feasibility studies.

• Assist in business development efforts through proposals, client presentations, and meetings for bid defense.

• Apply company standard practices and ensure adherence to intradepartmental procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry and clinical research is required for equivalency.

• At least 5 years of experience in the clinical research field.

• A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in clinical research in a project management role or an equivalent position, such as Clinical Trial Manager or Clinical Study Team Lead.

• Experience in regional clinical project management, encompassing all project services from initiation to completion.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Therapeutic experience in Oncology, Gastroenterology, and/or Radiopharmaceuticals is advantageous.
