RN – Clinical Field Reviewer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive in-home nursing evaluations for eligible members

• Execute person-centered assessments that prioritize members' functional capabilities and requirements

• Collaborate with provider agencies to guarantee that services are provided as authorized

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a valid driver’s license

• Access to reliable home internet service

• Current Montana Registered Nursing license is required

• Previous experience in home health, hospice, or long-term care is preferred
