Risk & Resilience PMO Ops & Partnerships Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Refine project scope in alignment with business objectives, feasibility, and resource limitations following demand-intake requests.

• Triage and prioritize incoming requests to ensure effective customer engagement and outreach.

• Maintain and guarantee data accuracy within Planview.

• Conduct audits of Planview data to identify discrepancies.

• Collaborate with Portfolio and Project Managers to promote data consistency.

• Assist with audit and compliance requirements by keeping detailed records and processes.

• Create, develop, and revise process documentation for clarity and alignment with project objectives.

• Support Demand Management and Operations within the PMO.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Operations, Engineering, Management, or a related discipline.

• Basic knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word or Google Workspace.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project is preferred.

• Experience in data analysis or reporting is preferred.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with a strong attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude preferred.

• Prior internship experience at RTX related to operations or project management is preferred.

• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access certain necessary systems.
