This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Conduct PURE 360 Risk assessments by examining diverse and intricate property conditions across various regions, construction types, and environmental influences.
• Evaluate and interpret results to determine the likelihood and impact of potential losses.
• Propose loss prevention strategies by pinpointing actionable solutions.
• Effectively communicate assessment findings and recommendations.
• Act as a trusted ambassador of the PURE brand within members’ residences.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred, though not mandatory – significant field experience is highly regarded.
• Over 3 years of experience as a Risk Manager in an insurance company or in a related insurance position with exposure to property risk evaluation.
• More than 5 years of experience in high-value home construction, skilled trades (such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC), home inspection, appraisal, or a similar field.
• Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills are essential.
• Proven ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in complex scenarios.
• Capability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
