This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate the coordination of services, projects, and liaison activities with ITG and suppliers for Risk Management's computer, phone, device, and communication systems.
• Manage Riskonnect/ClearSight operations, encompassing user accounts, permissions, fields, menus, imports, policies, training, troubleshooting, and vendor assistance.
• Deliver training and supervision to fellow Riskonnect administrators.
• Assist with the administration of OnBase, which includes user training, document integrity monitoring, technical support, troubleshooting, and coordination of system development.
• Oversee custom departmental systems and uphold user access rights across Risk systems.
• Guarantee precise data transfers and continuous data feeds between OHSU systems, insurance carriers, and Central Finance Services.
• Offer systems and project support, address inquiries, clarify processes, and manage shared email accounts.
• Conduct data analysis for all insurance lines overseen by the department.
• Generate internal and external reports, exception reports, and ad hoc analyses while ensuring data precision and integrity.
• Supply loss runs, bordereau reports, loss triangles, and carrier notifications for various lines of coverage.
• Supervise carrier acknowledgments and direct inquiries from carriers and brokers to the appropriate Risk Management team members.
• Execute special projects and fulfill other assigned responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Actuarial Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline; OR 5 years of progressive experience in an administrative office environment.
• Proven experience in a mid-level administrative or legal office setup, providing operational, administrative, and project management support.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and individuals from various professional, technical, and cultural backgrounds.
• Demonstrated experience in project monitoring, coordination, and oversight, including tracking deliverables, timelines, and outcomes.
• Experience in systems administration, database management, and the upkeep of electronic records and information systems.
• Background in supporting systems conversions, process enhancements, and documentation development.
• Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, verbal and written communication, and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, exercise sound professional judgment, and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to articulate and contextualize data clearly.
• Capacity to multitask, organize, and prioritize workload, projects, and responsibilities efficiently.
• Advanced proficiency in computer applications, especially in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with database and internet applications used for creating reports, presentations, and business materials.
