Risk Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in the management of the general liability claims process.

• Aid claims examiners in performing timely investigations and maintaining evidence integrity.

• Establish claims with the third-party administrator (TPA).

• Guarantee that examiners possess complete and accurate data for their investigations.

• Oversee the general mailbox and distribute claim documents to files and examiners.

• Download, verify, and safeguard surveillance and dashcam videos.

• Assess potential third-party liability and assist with landlord/vendor tenders.

• Organize gift card activation requests and relay updates to examiners.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software programs and systems as needed.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills for providing claims support.

• Displays excellent customer service skills and maintains professionalism while assisting both internal and external partners.
