This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• The Risk and Resilience Specialist serves as a Consulting role, tasked with pre-sales activities related to Consulting and recurring revenue services, as well as the post-sales execution of Consulting services.
• Supporting the sales team in pinpointing customers' resilience gaps and vulnerabilities to enhance the recommendation and sale of recurring revenue solutions and services.
• Providing industry knowledge and thought leadership in the fields of risk and resilience.
• Working collaboratively with clients to identify their risks and teaming up with sales groups to propose and implement customized mitigation strategies, focusing on business outcomes rather than just point solutions.
• Producing thought leadership content to highlight 11:11’s expertise regarding the latest trends, threats, and concepts in risk and resilience, aiding sales in promoting recurring revenue solutions.
• Leading and managing the execution of resilience strategies, which includes developing plans, programs, and technical solutions.
• Creating and presenting formal sales proposals, in collaboration with sales, to recommend the most suitable suite of 11:11 solutions and services along with justifications for their selection.
• Offering pre-sales assistance for opportunistic consulting engagements when required.
• Contributing to the growth of the Consulting Department’s delivery capabilities by identifying and onboarding UK vendors and contractors who can assist in delivering 11:11 consulting services.
• Accountable for expanding the revenue and customer base within the UK region.
• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• At least 8 years of experience in technology sales support, compliance, risk management, or a related consultative sales field.
• Extensive expertise in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Cyber Resilience, and Program Management, including technical strategies for IT resilience (e.g., data backup strategies, Disaster Recovery as-a-Service).
• Strong understanding of resilience products, services, and industry best practices.
• Proven track record in selling and delivering resilience solutions using a consultative, outcomes-driven approach, particularly in promoting 11:11 Systems solutions and services to boost recurring revenue.
• Demonstrated capability to effectively coordinate with sales teams and customers, managing multiple priorities and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Significant experience in developing new service concepts and leading risk and resilience workshops, tabletop exercises, and presentations.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities, along with the capability to assess risks and provide actionable insights and persuasive proposals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with marketing automation tools.
• One or two industry certifications such as MBCI, CBCP, CBRM, CBRITP, or related qualifications are preferred.
• Must have legal eligibility to work in the assigned country without requiring visa sponsorship.
