Risk Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Evaluate credit and fraud risk performance across various customer segments and product offerings

• Formulate and enhance risk strategies to boost approval rates while minimizing losses

• Track essential risk indicators and portfolio trends; provide insights to senior leadership

• Assist in the design and implementation of new risk models and policies

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to facilitate launches in new markets and sectors

• Promote automation and efficiency within risk operations and reporting

• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, monitor portfolio performance, and aid decision-making that balances growth with risk

• Partner with data, product, finance, and commercial teams to ensure robust portfolio metrics across various markets

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in credit risk, fraud analytics, or a similar data-oriented role

• Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in SQL, Python, or comparable tools

• Familiarity with consumer lending, BNPL, or fintech risk models

• Capability to work autonomously in a dynamic, high-growth setting

• Effective communication skills and a business-focused mindset
