Risk Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Evaluate portfolio performance, customer behavior, and essential risk indicators across various products and segments.

• Employ big data analytics to uncover risk patterns and valuable insights.

• Create reports and dashboards to track risk metrics and performance, presenting insights to leadership.

• Enhance risk strategies and policies to facilitate sustainable growth.

• Assist in the design and implementation of new products and policies.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support launches in new markets and sectors.

• Persistently refine risk management processes and strategies through innovation and the adoption of best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline.

• 2–4 years of experience in risk management, fraud analytics, or a comparable data-driven role, ideally within the Fintech sector or related financial services.

• Proficient analytical skills with experience using SQL, Python, or similar tools.

• Knowledge of consumer lending, digital wallets, transfers, and fintech risk models.

• Capacity to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
