Risk Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Evaluate credit and fraud risk performance across various customer segments and products.

• Create and enhance risk strategies aimed at increasing approval rates while minimizing losses.

• Track essential risk indicators and portfolio trends; share insights with leadership.

• Assist in the design and implementation of new risk models and policies.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to facilitate launches in new markets and sectors.

• Promote automation and efficiency within risk operations and reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in credit risk, fraud analytics, or a similar data-centric role.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or comparable tools.

• Knowledge of consumer lending, BNPL, or fintech risk models.

• Capacity to operate independently in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

• Excellent communication skills and a business-focused mindset.
