Risk Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Evaluate credit and fraud risk performance across various customer segments and products.

• Formulate and enhance risk strategies to boost approval rates while minimizing losses.

• Track essential risk indicators and portfolio trends; provide insights to leadership.

• Assist in the design and implementation of new risk models and policies.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to facilitate launches in new markets and sectors.

• Promote automation and efficiency within risk operations and reporting processes.

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, oversee portfolio performance, and aid in risk-informed decision-making.

• Partner with data, product, finance, and commercial teams to maintain healthy portfolio metrics across diverse markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in credit risk, fraud analytics, or a similar data-driven position.

• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in SQL, Python, or related tools.

• Knowledge of consumer lending, BNPL, or fintech risk models.

• Capability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Excellent communication skills and a business-focused approach.
