Risk Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Assess credit and fraud risk performance across various customer segments and product offerings.

• Formulate and enhance risk strategies to boost approval rates while minimizing losses.

• Track key risk indicators and portfolio trends; share findings with leadership.

• Assist in the design and implementation of new risk models and policies.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to facilitate launches in new markets and sectors.

• Promote automation and efficiency within risk operations and reporting processes.

• Analyze extensive datasets to uncover trends and aid decision-making that balances growth with risk.

• Partner with data, product, finance, and commercial teams to maintain healthy portfolio metrics across diverse markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in credit risk, fraud analytics, or a similar data-driven position.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or related analytical tools.

• Knowledge of consumer lending, BNPL, or fintech risk models.

• Capability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.

• Excellent communication skills and a business-focused mindset.
