Risk Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.

📋 Description

• Evaluate portfolio performance, customer behavior, and essential risk indicators across various products and segments.

• Leverage big data analytics to uncover risk trends and insights.

• Create reports and dashboards to track risk metrics and performance, presenting findings to leadership.

• Enhance risk strategies and policies to promote sustainable growth.

• Assist in the design and implementation of new products and policies.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to facilitate launches in new markets and sectors.

• Continuously refine risk management processes and strategies through innovation and the adoption of best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline.

• 2–4 years of experience in risk management, fraud analytics, or a similar data-driven position, ideally within the Fintech industry or related financial services.

• Strong analytical capabilities with experience in SQL, Python, or comparable tools.

• Familiarity with consumer lending, digital wallets, transfers, and fintech risk models.

• Capacity to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
