This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Manage the Montreal-East, Laval, Laurentians, and Lanaudière territory
• Create comprehensive business strategies to implement brand tactics and initiatives in the field
• Achieve sales targets, brand KPIs, financial goals, and marketing objectives
• Establish solid partnerships with customers and accounts, and develop an effective territory plan
• Prepare pre-call strategies and conduct post-call assessments to enhance sales effectiveness
• Address key stakeholders' needs, expectations, and challenges to cultivate trusted relationships
• Implement call strategies and optimize engagement with key customers to maximize sales potential
• Gain insights into customer requirements, territory dynamics, competitors, market segments, accounts, diseases, products, and clinical expertise
• Relay market intelligence to the district manager and team members for alignment and optimization of brand strategy
• Highlight AbbVie's value proposition to healthcare providers
• Identify, nurture, and sustain disease-state experts and speakers/advocates to enhance brand performance
• Prioritize patient needs while adhering to AbbVie's business code of conduct, policies, laws, and regulations
• Bachelor’s degree
• Demonstrated history of success in sales
• Strong presentation abilities
• Excellent skills in building customer relationships
• Enthusiasm for challenges and achieving success
• Outstanding business acumen complemented by strategic, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities
• Capacity to foresee potential outcomes from customer and competitive viewpoints

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Comfortable with technology and various tools/systems for daily operations
• Willingness to travel approximately 50%, including overnight stays
• Availability for occasional evening and weekend work
• Valid driver's license and passport
