RF Instructor – Active Top Secret Clearance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in the upkeep of the Delta 8 training database.

• Manage AF Form and track training completion.

• Proficiency with PEX – Patriot Excalibur is essential.

⛳️ Requirements

• TS/SCI Secret security clearance must be obtained within 24 months of employment.

• Over 15 years of experience in RF product development for performance-driven applications.

• Understanding of how Engineering supports Business in achieving its goals.

• Risk Mitigation: capability to foresee potential issues early and implement suitable risk management strategies.

• Knowledge in RF, EM, and thermal simulation and modeling.

• Comprehensive understanding of RF front-end systems.

• Familiarity with architecture and requirements from Antenna through the ADC.

• Experience with Space Payload electronics.

• Knowledge of Mission Design Series.

• Familiarity with Mission Qualification Training.

• Understanding of the Mission Task List.
