This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Oversee the complete equity lifecycle, encompassing vesting, exercises, and terminations, while ensuring precise recordkeeping and a smooth employee experience through Dealstack.
• Maintain solid compliance and governance frameworks, which include plan documentation and audit trails, in collaboration with Finance and Legal.
• Provide insightful analytics and guidance to senior leadership to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Take ownership of and continually enhance global compensation frameworks, ensuring alignment with the company’s evolving reward strategy.
• Manage and advance the global benefits offering, promoting improvements in local policies while working towards greater global harmonization.
• Collaborate with local and regional stakeholders as well as external providers (such as brokers and insurers) to ensure consistency and effectiveness across different markets.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, with a strong emphasis on the EU Pay Transparency Directive, while proactively evolving pay structures.
• Utilize extensive expertise in market benchmarking and best practices to sustain competitive and equitable reward programs.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in HR, with a strong emphasis on Compensation & Benefits in a global, international context.
• Demonstrated success in designing and implementing global frameworks while aligning diverse stakeholders.
• Exceptional attention to detail in both numerical and written tasks.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel; experience with Power BI is a plus.
• Strong business fluency in English.
• Experience in a UK Private Equity environment and project management skills are advantageous.
