📋 Description

• Execute system enhancements aimed at automating processes within HubSpot.

• Collaborate with the RevOps Business Analyst to develop tailored solutions that address specific business requirements, thereby improving overall system efficiency and performance.

• Consistently assess and refine system workflows to maximize operational effectiveness.

• Approach solution development with a focus on efficiency and scalability, utilizing and building upon existing architecture.

• Partner with the Integrations Architect to uphold Make scenarios, ensuring smooth integration among various systems.

• Pinpoint opportunities for efficiency enhancements or data cleanliness within HubSpot and Chargebee.

• Develop HubSpot reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights and track key business metrics.

• Perform thorough investigations to determine the root cause of system issues and implement effective remedies.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of troubleshooting procedures and resolutions to support knowledge sharing and future reference.

• Collaborate closely with IT, HubSpot support, Chargebee support, and external consultants to diagnose and resolve system challenges.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience with HubSpot is essential.

• Familiarity with Make, ClickUp, and Chargebee is advantageous.

• Strong comprehension of RevOps processes and best practices is required.

• Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• A positive attitude and adaptability in response to changes and evolving demands.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks and effectively prioritize responsibilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with an emphasis on data accuracy and system integrity.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
