This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Join a compact team that oversees integrations, configurations, security, data integrity, and automation across the technology stack.
• Discover and implement process enhancements to foster efficiency and scalability.
• Explore and deploy AI solutions within our systems to enhance both system administration and the end-user experience.
• Support our users in navigating our technology stack, including onboarding new hires and managing change effectively.
• Generate reports and dashboards, assisting users in comprehending the data.
• Maintain data integrity and its flow to ensure precise sales forecasting and visibility into the sales pipeline.
• Deliver regular analyses and insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to facilitate and optimize our go-to-market strategies: identify, establish, and uphold processes that guarantee effective lead flow, routing, and data management for insightful performance tracking.
• 3-5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations within a B2B SaaS environment, featuring hands-on ownership of Salesforce.
• Experience in building and maintaining Salesforce, CPQ, Partner Relationship Management platforms, and Customer Success Management platforms.
• Admin-level expertise in system integrations for CRM, enrichment, routing, scheduling, and forecasting tools.
• Strong understanding of data fundamentals: field schema design, picklist governance, deduplication strategies, data normalization, and consent/subscription management.
• Familiarity with the majority of our technology stack, including Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Clay, Clari, Clari Copilot, Impartner, Outreach, DealHub, and LeanData.
• Knowledge of funnel metrics and sales forecasting.
• Experience collaborating with sales, marketing, customer success, and partnerships teams.
• Proven experience in implementing and leveraging AI within the technology stack to enhance processes and automation for both system administration and the end-user experience.
