This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the management of incoming RFPs, questionnaires, and proposal requests.
• Facilitate the completion of RFPs across various internal teams.
• Ensure proposals are delivered to consultants accurately and on time.
• Maintain standardized responses while continuously enhancing RFP efficiency.
• Act as a liaison, alongside the VP of Sales, for both consultants and clients during the sales process.
• Provide support for follow-ups post-consultant meetings (including materials, recap notes, and next steps).
• Prepare and circulate sales collateral and presentations.
• Uphold a high standard of responsiveness and professionalism in external interactions.
• Monitor deals throughout the sales pipeline and ensure accuracy in CRM systems (such as Salesforce or similar).
• Collect essential data points to aid in pricing and proposal strategy.
• Coordinate schedules for demos, finalist meetings, and follow-ups.
• Identify gaps in deal information and take proactive measures to address them.
• Assist in standardizing pricing workflows for smaller, transactional deals.
• Maintain and enhance internal sales templates and documentation.
• Collaborate with leadership to streamline processes and minimize friction.
• May involve travel to meet with consultants, attend industry events, support Open Enrollment events, and aid business growth within designated territories.
• 2–5+ years of experience in a sales support, sales coordinator, or client-facing operations role.
• Required experience with pre-tax benefits (HSA, FSA, HRA) and/or COBRA.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with brokers, consultants, and clients.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Proven growth mindset with a commitment to learning, adapting, and improving continuously.
• Preferred experience supporting RFP processes in the benefits or HR tech sectors.
• Familiarity with broker/consultant sales models is preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced or growth-stage environments is preferred.
