RevOps Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Design, document, and enhance sales, marketing, and customer success processes to optimize efficiency and drive revenue growth.

• Create dashboards, analyze funnel metrics, and deliver actionable insights to leadership to inform strategic decisions.

• Manage our CRM (e.g., HubSpot) and other RevOps tools, assuring integrations, data integrity, and system dependability.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance to ensure alignment on objectives, metrics, and revenue strategies.

• Assist in forecasting, territory planning, and quota setting by providing data-driven recommendations.

• Educate teams on processes, tools, and best practices, while developing documentation to guarantee consistency and compliance.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business analytics, ideally within the tech industry (SaaS, cloud, AI, or related fields).

• Understanding of forecasting techniques, pipeline management, and revenue recognition.

• Expertise in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), data modeling, and analytical tools (Excel).

• Strong knowledge of KPIs such as lead conversion rates, CAC, LTV, churn, and sales cycle duration.

• Capability to map, document, and enhance workflows.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and present data-driven insights.

• Innovative and strategic thinker capable of automating processes, resolving data inconsistencies, and aligning operations with business objectives.
