This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the maintenance of our marketing data model in HubSpot, ensuring that object relationships are clean, field architecture is consistent, and the structure is scalable as we grow.
• Develop and manage data pipelines that integrate external sources (such as product usage from our Growth Product team, event/webinar platforms, enrichment providers, ad platforms, etc.) into our marketing systems.
• Set data governance standards and uphold data quality across all marketing systems, encompassing campaign attribution to lifecycle stage definitions.
• Collaborate with the Growth Product team to implement signup and onboarding events, ensuring a seamless flow of product data into HubSpot.
• Regularly test, refine, and enhance lead scoring and segmentation models based on conversion data and feedback from Product Marketing Managers (PMMs).
• Establish a 'single source of truth' for marketing data that can be relied upon by PMMs, Events & Community, Growth, and the wider Go-To-Market (GTM) organization.
• Assess, implement, and optimize AI tools that boost marketing productivity (including content personalization and audience research).
• Create automated workflows that minimize manual tasks for marketers, such as enrichment on inbound signups, automated event follow-up sequences, intelligent nurture branching, and onboarding triggers.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that offer insights into funnel health, channel performance, campaign ROI, event ROI, and the conversion rate from signup to activation.
• Document metric definitions, scoring logic, and attribution methodologies to ensure clarity across Marketing and GTM teams.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and the Growth Product engineering team, and manage external integrations between our marketing tools (HubSpot, event platforms, community tools, ad platforms, enrichment, product analytics, and data warehouse).
• Assist the Events & Community team in the execution of in-person events, from building attendee lists to reporting results.
• 3-5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or a GTM Systems role within a B2B SaaS company, with a background in implementing AI/automation tools in a marketing environment.
• Strong technical abilities: You can write formulas, create complex workflows, and are not daunted by AI. You have practical experience in marketing automation and CRM administration.
• Experience in data architecture/integration: You have designed or significantly enhanced a marketing data model and connected various systems (CRM, marketing automation, product analytics, event platforms, data warehouse), understanding the data flow across a tech stack.
• An analytical mindset: You make data-driven decisions, can interpret funnel and conversion metrics, and know how to evaluate the success of a campaign, event, or onboarding experiment.
• Ability to collaborate with a product/engineering team: You can communicate effectively with Product Managers and engineers when implementing signup and onboarding processes.
