This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• The Revenue Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the systems, data, and processes that link Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
• Develop the RevOps roadmap and implement initiatives that advance the strategy, from designing OKRs to making investment recommendations.
• Manage revenue forecasting for new business, renewals, and expansion, ensuring leadership has confidence in the pipeline's integrity.
• Create models for unit economics, LTV:CAC ratios, payback periods, and the ROI of every go-to-market investment.
• Monitor key metrics such as ARR, MRR, churn, net revenue retention (NRR), and expansion revenue.
• Identify trends and anomalies proactively, even before inquiries arise.
• Develop a customer health scoring framework that highlights risks and opportunities for expansion early on.
• Define and monitor essential onboarding metrics, including time-to-value, completion rates, and early adoption indicators.
• Oversee the renewal operations calendar, ensuring Customer Success is informed about at-risk accounts and necessary actions.
• Take ownership of the HubSpot instance, including pipeline configuration, custom properties, workflow automation, and data governance.
• Manage integrations with SaaSgrid, ZoomInfo, BI tools, and finance systems to maintain a unified source of truth.
• Continuously improve the HubSpot instance to reduce friction for representatives, enhance data quality, and accurately reflect the customer journey.
• 5 to 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Finance within a SaaS B2B environment.
• Strong proficiency in financial operations, including ARR/MRR reporting, churn analysis, renewal forecasting, and unit economics modeling.
• Practical experience in customer success operations, focusing on health scoring, onboarding metrics, renewal workflows, and playbook execution.
• Extensive HubSpot knowledge, covering pipeline configuration, custom objects, workflow automation, reporting, and integrations. HubSpot certifications are highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical and modeling skills; proficiency in advanced Excel or Google Sheets is required, with SQL preferred. Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Looker is strongly favored.
• Familiarity with SaaSgrid or a similar subscription management and revenue intelligence platform.
• Proven history of collaborating closely with leadership across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance.
