This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
β’ Take ownership of the complete lifecycle of promotional codes in Salesforce β from inception to retirement, ensuring that every code is utilized within authorized parameters, regularly audited, and never becomes a source of revenue loss.
β’ Ensure the accuracy and currency of standard pricebooks in Fullbay by incorporating product updates, new SKUs, and pricing tier modifications, so every quote and order reflects approved rates.
β’ Coordinate and implement the downsell workflow from initiation to system updates: verify eligibility, obtain necessary approvals, update subscription records, and ensure downstream systems accurately reflect the changes.
β’ Maintain a thorough audit trail.
β’ Uphold data integrity across CRM and billing systems by conducting regular reconciliation checks on subscription records, product configurations, and account data β identifying and rectifying discrepancies before they impact reporting or invoicing.
β’ Create and oversee custom pricebooks for unique commercial agreements.
β’ Monitor ramping schedules (multi-year escalators, usage-based tiers, step-up pricing) and ensure that each phase is executed punctually and documented correctly.
β’ Accurately process new customer orders in a timely manner, reviewing each deal for completeness, flagging any missing information early, and collaborating with Sales to resolve issues prior to closure β facilitating a seamless transition from closed-won to onboarding.
β’ Adhere to and assist in enhancing Deal Desk SOPs.
β’ Escalate non-standard deals that require approval from RevOps or Finance.
β’ Uphold documentation standards and contribute to a scalable, efficient deal process.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, ideally within Marketing, Sales, or Client Services.
β’ Proven experience in identifying process gaps and contributing to SOP enhancements within a structured operational environment.
β’ Demonstrated experience with performance metrics, data analysis, and reporting.
β’ Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and project management tools.
β’ Experience in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
