πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Take ownership of the complete lifecycle of promotional codes in Salesforce β€” from inception to retirement, ensuring that every code is utilized within authorized parameters, regularly audited, and never becomes a source of revenue loss.

β€’ Ensure the accuracy and currency of standard pricebooks in Fullbay by incorporating product updates, new SKUs, and pricing tier modifications, so every quote and order reflects approved rates.

β€’ Coordinate and implement the downsell workflow from initiation to system updates: verify eligibility, obtain necessary approvals, update subscription records, and ensure downstream systems accurately reflect the changes.

β€’ Maintain a thorough audit trail.

β€’ Uphold data integrity across CRM and billing systems by conducting regular reconciliation checks on subscription records, product configurations, and account data β€” identifying and rectifying discrepancies before they impact reporting or invoicing.

β€’ Create and oversee custom pricebooks for unique commercial agreements.

β€’ Monitor ramping schedules (multi-year escalators, usage-based tiers, step-up pricing) and ensure that each phase is executed punctually and documented correctly.

β€’ Accurately process new customer orders in a timely manner, reviewing each deal for completeness, flagging any missing information early, and collaborating with Sales to resolve issues prior to closure β€” facilitating a seamless transition from closed-won to onboarding.

β€’ Adhere to and assist in enhancing Deal Desk SOPs.

β€’ Escalate non-standard deals that require approval from RevOps or Finance.

β€’ Uphold documentation standards and contribute to a scalable, efficient deal process.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, ideally within Marketing, Sales, or Client Services.

β€’ Proven experience in identifying process gaps and contributing to SOP enhancements within a structured operational environment.

β€’ Demonstrated experience with performance metrics, data analysis, and reporting.

β€’ Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and project management tools.

β€’ Experience in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
