This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
β’ Take charge of and oversee the GTM variable compensation framework, including accelerators and SPIFs for sales, BDRs, CSMs, SAs, and the partner team.
β’ Create models to evaluate costs and incentive behaviors prior to finalizing plans.
β’ Collaborate with finance on commission actuals and with HR for benchmarking against market data.
β’ Lead the plan implementation alongside the people team and GTM leadership.
β’ Work closely with sales enablement to ensure representatives have a well-defined path to OTE.
β’ Collaborate with finance and GTM leadership to establish criteria for headcount unlocks.
β’ Act as the RevOps lead for all post-close GTM integration matters.
β’ Monitor integration milestones and highlight risks to RevOps leadership.
β’ 5-8 years of experience in RevOps, sales operations, or sales finance within a B2B context.
β’ Practical experience in designing and managing variable compensation plans.
β’ Background in supporting or leading GTM workstreams during M&A integrations.
β’ Proficient in financial modeling, including the development of bottom-up capacity models, compensation scenarios, and attainment distribution.
β’ Effective communicator capable of presenting intricate compensation plans to sales leadership and executives.
β’ Ability to navigate and thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
