This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +11 more states.
• Leading executives and stakeholders by providing options, identifying trade-offs, and making distinct architectural suggestions linked to KPIs.
• Creating documentation for reference architectures, requirements, and phased workstream plans throughout Clay and the wider RevOps tech ecosystem.
• Crafting Clay workflows for automated prospecting, enrichment orchestration, and signal-driven scoring/routing into Salesforce/HubSpot.
• Contributing to Go Nimbly’s internal knowledge repository and mentoring consultants and analysts.
• Overseeing senior client relationships; conducting workshops and decision-making forums.
• Over 10 years of experience in RevOps/Sales Ops/Marketing Ops with a minimum of 5 years in consulting or managing multi-system architecture in rapidly growing B2B environments.
• Practical expertise in Clay for streamlining prospecting workflows, data enrichment, web scraping, AI/LLM fields, and large-scale lead qualification.
• Familiarity with integrating Clay with Salesforce & HubSpot (object model, flows/automation, deduplication/routing, validation rules); experience with webhooks/APIs/middleware is essential.
• Skill in developing and refining data workflows and contracts using Clay’s enrichment APIs and normalization standards; ensuring governance and observability (usage, error management, data drift alerts).
• Knowledge of data hygiene and normalization best practices within Clay; established playbooks to operationalize enriched data across GTM processes (scoring, routing, attribution, sequences).
• Demonstrated deep technical knowledge and subject matter expertise in multiple RevOps domains (e.g., lead management, attribution, lifecycle) with the ability to explore adjacent tools.
• Experience configuring Salesforce (both declarative and scalable design; familiarity with Apex is advantageous) and a working understanding of MAPs (HubSpot/Marketo/Pardot).
• Strong organizational and program/project management abilities; you ensure clarity, rhythm, and decision logs.
• Excellent presentation skills that foster strong relationships and influence at the executive level.
• Meticulous attention to quality and detail; you measure outcomes and adapt based on data.
