This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as a business partner to leaders in Customer Excellence, helping to understand and pinpoint critical business questions and challenges.
• Oversee projects aimed at generating answers and solutions to these inquiries, as well as establishing KPIs to monitor outcomes.
• Deliver insights to executives that will foster performance enhancements and create scalable process improvements throughout the organization.
• Analyze extensive datasets to extract pertinent insights and design visual representations to communicate findings for executive review.
• Examine and track data for irregularities, identifying trends and potential business ramifications.
• Assist in the commission and territory planning processes with analytical support, offering strategic recommendations.
• Recognize opportunities within the business and suggest innovative solutions.
• Generate and present data-informed recommendations to Customer Excellence Leaders to refine strategies and boost performance.
• Act as a mentor and leader for junior analysts on the team.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., engineering, sciences, mathematics, statistics, business, or economics).
• Over 5 years of experience in an analytics position with progressive responsibility.
• Familiarity with Cloud and SaaS go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
• Experience in channel/partner roles is a plus.
• Proficient in SQL and data preparation for analysis, modeling, and visualization.
• Experience utilizing business intelligence tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, etc.
• Knowledge of statistical methods (time series analysis, cluster analysis, multivariate analysis).
• Proven experience in publishing and presenting data and insights to both executives and non-data users.
