This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create, sustain, and automate essential operational and performance reports, dashboards, and metrics (e.g., pipeline generation, sales cycle duration, conversion rates, customer retention, GTM ROI).
• Perform in-depth analysis of GTM performance to uncover trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
• Convert complex data insights into concise, actionable recommendations for GTM leadership.
• Oversee and monitor the health of the sales and marketing funnels, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization.
• Aid in forecasting and planning activities by delivering historical data analysis and performance insights.
• Contribute to the optimization and documentation of vital Revenue Operations processes to enhance efficiency and data quality.
• Work in collaboration with the RevOps and GTM Systems team to ensure data integrity within our CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and other GTM systems.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to comprehend their reporting requirements and deliver tailored, ad-hoc analyses.
• Collaborate with the Enablement team on training materials and offer guidance to GTM teams on the effective use of reporting tools and dashboards.
• Act as a trusted advisor to functional leaders by supplying objective, data-driven insights.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a quantitative discipline is preferred.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or a comparable analytical role.
• Strong expertise in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas, data manipulation).
• Experience with and reporting from a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is mandatory.
• A solid grasp of GTM metrics and the revenue lifecycle (from Marketing to Sales to Customer Success).
• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities, with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting intricate data to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools and workflows, with the capability to utilize automation and generative AI to enhance operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and go-to-market decision-making.
