This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +5 more states.
• Act as a reliable partner and proactive executor for the VP of RevOps and Chief Customer Officer across various revenue-generating business units.
• Implement essential revenue operations tasks throughout the 2027 budget and go-to-market planning cycle.
• Assist in the integration of an $80M+ acquisition and unify go-to-market teams across different business units.
• Take ownership of territory design, account routing, Salesforce data enhancement, customer segmentation, and pipeline/forecasting infrastructure.
• Detect and address territory coverage gaps, lead routing inefficiencies, CRM data integrity problems, and forecasting inaccuracies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance/FP&A on KPIs, Marketing on demand generation, and Enterprise Systems on tool rationalization.
• Provide stability and support to the RevOps team during a crucial integration and planning period.
• Demonstrated experience in Revenue/Sales Operations or strategy consulting within B2B SaaS, private equity-backed environments, or scaled organizations with around $300M in revenue.
• Proficient Salesforce user, including CRM data integrity, basic administration, and troubleshooting of legacy instances.
• Advanced user of Gong for forecasting and call intelligence.
• Expertise in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Basic SQL skills.
• Knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Owner mentality with a bias towards AI-first solutions.
• Regular use of AI tools to enhance analysis and develop automations.
• Preferred: experience with multiple Salesforce instances or post-acquisition system integration processes.
• Preferred: familiarity with HubSpot and/or Sugar CRM.
• Preferred: experience as the first RevOps hire or early-stage builder at a Series B/C company.
• Capability to work full-time, 5 days a week.
