This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

• Create and assemble architectural documentation packages utilizing Revit.

• Aid in the execution of projects from initial concept through to construction documentation.

• Generate drawings, plans, schedules, and presentation materials to fulfill project needs.

• Develop high-quality visualizations and renderings with Lumion.

• Coordinate design information and documentation across various projects.

• Assist with planning and approval processes in accordance with Australian standards and regulations.

• Maintain effective communication with project teams and provide consistent progress updates.

• Ensure documentation adheres to the National Construction Code (NCC) and pertinent Australian Standards.

• Work autonomously on assigned tasks while meeting project deadlines and quality standards.

• Degree in Architecture or a related discipline.

• At least 3 years of professional architectural experience.

• Qualified Architectural Graduate or Registered Architect.

• Advanced skills in Revit with proven experience in producing documentation packages.

• Familiarity with AutoCAD.

• Strong expertise in Lumion for architectural visualization and rendering.

• Experience in residential, multi-residential, and commercial projects.

• Exposure to projects at various stages, including concept design, design development, planning submissions, and construction documentation.

• Knowledge of Australian planning processes, the National Construction Code (NCC), and relevant Australian Standards.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
