Reverse Distribution Manager – Pharma

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Supervise the operations and workflows of pharmaceutical reverse distribution.

• Facilitate the processing of returns, manage manufacturer credits, and oversee inventory control.

• Contribute to the creation of operational procedures and compliance protocols.

• Ensure adherence to regulations set forth by the DEA, FDA, and other pharmaceutical authorities.

• Collaborate with pharmacies, manufacturers, and logistics partners.

• Support warehouse operations and strategic planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in pharmaceutical reverse distribution is essential.

• Experience in reverse logistics, warehouse operations, or management is necessary.

• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical returns and compliance protocols is required.

• Leadership or management experience is preferred.

• An entrepreneurial mindset with the capability to assist in building operations is desirable.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities are a must.
