This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Your primary objective will be to establish Salesforce as a scalable and dependable operational backbone for n8n’s GTM teams by enhancing automation, data quality, and essential revenue workflows across Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success.
• Take ownership of hands-on Salesforce configuration and automation (Flows, validation rules, fields, layouts, permissions) to ensure GTM teams operate efficiently and securely.
• Diagnose issues comprehensively, identify underlying causes, and apply sustainable fixes (not merely temporary solutions).
• Enhance documentation and change management practices to ensure critical workflows are clear, maintainable, and auditable.
• Develop and refine workflows related to lead routing, opportunity management, CPQ-adjacent processes, approvals, and forecasting hygiene.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into clear specifications, then deliver practical solutions with appropriate safeguards.
• Strike a balance between speed and quality: achieve quick wins while gradually improving system architecture and minimizing complexity.
• Assist Partner Operations and Customer Success Operations by creating scalable Salesforce workflows (partner deal motions, lifecycle handoffs, operational reporting).
• Manage structured intake and prioritization for Salesforce requests—setting expectations, communicating trade-offs, and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
• Enhance data quality and operational visibility through improved schema design, governance, and reporting foundations.
• 🛠️ Extensive hands-on Salesforce experience: You’ve directly managed configuration and automation tasks (not merely overseen them).
• 🧠 Revenue systems perspective: You grasp GTM workflows and understand how CRM design impacts pipeline execution (routing, opportunity hygiene, quoting/CPQ, handoffs).
• 🔎 Debugging and systems thinking: You can identify ambiguous issues, analyze edge cases, and design scalable solutions with clear trade-offs.
• 🤝 Stakeholder engagement: You turn complex requests into clear requirements, communicate timelines effectively, and foster trust with Sales/RevOps/Partner/CS stakeholders.
• 📝 Documentation standards: You produce clear documentation and build systems that minimize single points of failure.
• 🔁 Partner/CS Ops experience: You have created workflows that support partner motions, renewals/expansion processes, or post-sales operations.
• 🔌 Integrations and tooling knowledge: You have experience working with integrations and related GTM tools (and understand data synchronization patterns and potential failure modes).
• 📊 Reporting and data governance expertise: You have improved data quality and established reporting foundations (definitions, fields, governance) in a growing organization.
• 🤖 AI-assisted systems development: You are interested in leveraging AI/automation to enhance speed and quality (agentic workflows, CLI tooling, or similar).
