This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main administrator for Salesforce CRM.
• Design, configure, and maintain objects, fields, layouts, validation rules, flows, permission sets, reports, and dashboards.
• Develop and enhance automations utilizing Salesforce Flow and other declarative tools.
• Diagnose system issues and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve them promptly.
• Oversee user provisioning, security, roles, profiles, and permissions.
• Ensure the quality of CRM data through governance, deduplication, and process enhancements.
• Aid in assessing and implementing new Salesforce features and capabilities.
• Manage and optimize the wider revenue technology stack, which includes HubSpot, Clay, Gong Engage, Similarweb, Chili Piper, Sweep, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Coefficient, and other GTM technologies.
• Maintain system integrations and address data flow or synchronization issues between platforms.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders on system implementations, upgrades, and optimization projects.
• Identify opportunities to consolidate, replace, or enhance revenue technology tools.
• Help ensure systems operate cohesively as a scalable revenue technology ecosystem.
• Work alongside Marketing, Sales, BDR, Customer Success, Partnerships, and 3PL leaders to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
• Create reports and dashboards that deliver actionable business insights.
• Spot opportunities to automate manual tasks and minimize operational friction.
• Support territory management, lead routing, account assignments, and pipeline processes.
• Document business processes and system configurations.
• Suggest improvements to the revenue technology ecosystem.
• Keep updated on Salesforce capabilities and RevTech best practices.
• Assist with CRM enhancement projects, integrations, and upcoming platform initiatives.
• Contribute to the long-term system architecture and scalability.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–3 years of experience in Salesforce Administration, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related systems role.
• Practical experience configuring Salesforce with declarative tools, including Flows, validation rules, page layouts, and automation.
• Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, APIs, and/or JavaScript is highly advantageous.
• Experience with revenue technology platforms such as HubSpot, Clay, Chili Piper, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, Similarweb, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced startup setting.
• Passionate about process improvement and creating scalable systems.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferred.
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder Certification is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs is a plus.
• Experience in replacing manual processes with automation is a plus.
• Experience in commission execution is a plus.
• Background in supporting B2B SaaS or ecommerce organizations is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI workflow tools, automation platforms, or low-code/no-code solutions is a plus.
• Knowledge of RevOps best practices and GTM process design is a plus.
