Revenue Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage daily Salesforce administration tasks, which include user management, permissions, configuration, validation rules, flows, page layouts, and release management.

• Handle daily administration of HubSpot Marketing Hub, encompassing contacts, lists, workflows, forms, landing pages, email deliverability, and data hygiene.

• Ensure data quality across Salesforce and HubSpot by addressing duplicates, enforcing field standards, auditing records, and establishing preventive validation processes.

• Act as the primary contact for GTM system inquiries and issues, resolving tickets, communicating updates, and providing user training.

• Create and manage automation workflows in Salesforce and HubSpot.

• Support and oversee the HubSpot–Salesforce integration along with other system connections.

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards while assisting with ad hoc reporting requests.

• Keep technical documentation up to date and adhere to structured change management practices for system updates.

• Collaborate with the Director of Revenue Systems & AI to implement the GTM systems roadmap and ensure timely delivery of enhancements.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of direct experience in Salesforce and HubSpot administration within a B2B SaaS context.

• Salesforce Administrator certification is a must.

• Additional Salesforce certifications, such as Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder, are highly advantageous.

• HubSpot certifications are preferred.

• Extensive knowledge of the HubSpot–Salesforce integration, including sync management and field mapping challenges.

• Proficient in Salesforce Flows and HubSpot Workflows; capable of building automation independently without developer assistance.

• A focus on data quality and the ability to create systems that mitigate bad data.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing clean, well-documented work.

• Strong communication skills for articulating technical concepts to non-technical users.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Experience with CRM migration or significant platform development is a notable advantage.

• Must indicate whether visa sponsorship is needed now or in the future.
