This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Manage the daily administration of Salesforce, encompassing object configuration, custom fields and layouts, validation rules, flows, automations, and permission sets.
• Ensure the integrity of CRM data by designing and enforcing stringent data quality standards, conducting audit processes, and taking ownership of resolving and escalating data issues.
• Collaborate with the Revenue Systems Engineer on technical architecture decisions, leveraging comprehensive Salesforce knowledge and contextual understanding to assist in builds and automations.
• Advocate for the adoption of AI tools within the Revenue team, ensuring that AI and existing tools are utilized in tandem for optimal efficiency in daily operations.
• Set up AI-driven workflows, agents, and prospecting tools (via Clay) and oversee MCP and AI agent tools for the Revenue organization in partnership with Sezzle’s AI team and the Revenue Systems Engineer.
• Lead the development, ongoing optimization, and team adoption of collective AI skills and prompts for GTM teams.
• Oversee platform administration for our Customer Success platform (Vitally) and other essential Revenue tools (e.g., Salesloft, Docusign), including configuration, integrations, user management, and continuous optimization.
• Manage integrations and data synchronization across platforms (e.g., Salesforce <> Vitally, Salesforce <> Clay), ensuring smooth data flow between systems and resolving sync issues as they arise.
• Perform regular feature audits to guarantee that the team is maximizing tool utilization and identifying opportunities for cost savings or consolidation.
• Lead onboarding and training for administered tools, including new hire onboarding and refresher sessions as necessary.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of Sales and Customer Success workflows to ensure that platform configurations accurately reflect real business processes, rather than just technical defaults.
• Convert stakeholder requirements into actionable tool configurations, acting as the liaison between the business and technical aspects of the team.
• Actively identify process gaps and challenges within the Revenue organization and propose solutions before they escalate.
• Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards that provide Revenue leadership with insights into pipeline health, account status, and team performance.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of operational programs against team objectives, such as pipeline generation, account growth, and team efficiency.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience (100+ users) in a B2B SaaS or fintech setting.
• Proven experience managing Salesforce configuration from start to finish: objects, flows, validation rules, permission sets, and integrations.
• Demonstrated experience using modern large language model tools (Claude, etc.) to improve productivity, research, and communication is essential.
• Proficiency in writing and executing SOQL queries across standard and custom objects, including relationship queries, aggregate functions, and complex filters, with an understanding of governor limits and tools such as Developer Console or Workbench.
• Strong grasp of Revenue systems data architecture and best practices for data quality.
• Basic knowledge of backend system architecture and database query language to trace data flows, troubleshoot integration errors, and collaborate effectively with engineering (experience with data analysis tools like Tableau, Redshift is advantageous).
• Experience administering at least one Revenue tool beyond Salesforce (Salesloft, Docusign, Clay, etc.).
