This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide administrative and operational assistance to the Revenue team by addressing daily requests.
• Facilitate communication and information sharing across various departments.
• Ensure that sales representatives are equipped with the necessary resources to effectively support agency partners.
• Investigate issues, gather information, and coordinate responses among internal teams.
• Aid with internal inquiries related to the agency, operational requests, and follow-up tasks.
• Maintain oversight of unresolved issues and ensure prompt resolution.
• Assist the Revenue team in navigating internal systems, processes, and support channels.
• Identify deficiencies in the Revenue team's tools, knowledge base, and operational resources, and relay this information to Marketing.
• Support the onboarding process for new members of the Revenue team.
• Promote field readiness and the utilization of new tools and processes while pinpointing ongoing training opportunities.
• Aid in reporting, visibility, and operational tracking efforts.
• Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, minimize manual tasks, and enhance efficiency.
• Support Revenue Operations initiatives and special projects as required.
• Provide a high-quality service experience to internal stakeholders.
• Over 3 years of experience in insurance, sales support, distribution operations, customer success, account management, agency operations, or a similar field.
• Strong knowledge of insurance operations and agency relationships.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and capability to manage multiple priorities at once.
• Outstanding communication, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with a strong sense of urgency.
• Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and drive issues to resolution.
