This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with revenue leadership to effectively implement GTM priorities through detailed analysis, scalable processes, and disciplined execution.
• Take ownership of and continuously enhance Algolia's revenue forecasting framework.
• Develop and maintain forecasting, pipeline, and performance models.
• Assist with territory strategy, planning cycles, and market-opportunity analysis.
• Facilitate GTM governance by managing Salesforce cases.
• Collaborate with Algolia's emerging GTM AI Ops & Automation team.
• Create executive-ready reports and materials for business reviews.
• Work cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, and Data teams.
• Identify areas for improvement in revenue processes, operational cadences, and reporting infrastructure.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, FP&A, Business Operations, or a similar analytical role.
• Comprehensive understanding of SaaS GTM metrics, including bookings, ARR, pipeline, coverage, conversion, attainment, productivity, and forecast accuracy.
• Proven experience in supporting revenue forecasting, pipeline management, business reviews, or revenue planning processes.
• Advanced skills in revenue modeling.
• Proficiency in Salesforce is essential; experience with forecasting processes and tools such as Gong Forecast, Clari, or similar platforms is highly preferred.
• Exceptional executive communication skills.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities.
