This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Manage and enhance the functionality of Gainsight CS;
• Set up Rules Engine, Scorecards, CTAs, Playbooks, and Journey Orchestrator;
• Implement enhancements and automations for Customer Success workflows;
• Develop integrations between Gainsight and other tools within the ecosystem;
• Analyze and resolve incidents related to the platform;
• Work collaboratively with Customer Success, BI, Information Systems, and other departments to continuously refine the solution;
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI in operational processes.
• Proven experience in administering Gainsight CS;
• Familiarity with integrations between Gainsight and various platforms;
• Understanding of Customer Success or RevOps operations;
• Knowledge of metrics such as Churn, Health Score, NRR, and renewal procedures;
• Proficiency with APIs, Webhooks, or integration tools;
• Proficient in English for reading and understanding technical documentation.
