This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Serve as the primary advisor to the VP of North America regarding comprehensive Go-To-Market operations.
• Conduct strategic analyses of products, markets, and customers to uncover new growth opportunities or areas for enhancement.
• Assist in the annual planning processes, which include setting goals, updating coverage models, designing territories, and implementing our financial strategy.
• Foster continuous improvement through established operational routines, which include weekly forecasts, metric evaluations, and monthly and quarterly business reviews related to go-to-market strategies.
• Establish, oversee, and deliver insights on key performance indicators across various segments, regions, and go-to-market teams.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, revenue operations, marketing, and other cross-functional partners to design and implement strategic initiatives aimed at driving growth, enhancing sales productivity, improving operational efficiency, and increasing revenue.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an analytical capacity (Sales Operations, Business Operations, Management Consulting).
• Advanced skills in financial modeling and the analysis of complex, large datasets.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven history of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to spearhead transformation and growth initiatives.
• Highly driven, naturally curious, and dedicated to making a significant impact.
• 2+ years of experience at a prestigious Management or Strategy Consulting firm (preferred).
• 2+ years of operational experience in Corporate Strategy, Business Operations, or Sales Strategy within a high-growth, fast-paced environment, ideally at a SaaS or B2B company (preferred).
• Proficient in core Go-To-Market operations and metrics, including CAC, LTV, ROI, Conversion Ratios, and other efficiency measures (preferred).
• Familiarity with SFDC, including reporting and record management from lead generation to opportunity closure (preferred).
• Experience in directly or indirectly managing global sales leaders across various regions (preferred).
• Clear enthusiasm for the data analytics field (preferred).
