Revenue Specialist III – Credits

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Analyze trends from high-volume payors

• Identify upstream issues leading to credit inflow

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address payment misalignments

• Act as the primary ROPS representative in discussions with payor partners

• Present findings supported by data to payors and internal stakeholders

• Work closely with internal teams to tackle upstream drivers of credit inflow

• Develop and implement “bulk” resolution strategies

• Oversee multiple projects for specific payors and financial classes

• Use Tableau, Excel, and internal billing systems to track inventory


⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Innovative thinker willing to explore new methods

• Intermediate proficiency in Excel

• Keen attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Adaptable and agile – capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting

• Ability to distill complex data into clear narratives

• Navigate uncertainty and foster alignment among multiple stakeholders

• Familiarity with insurance rules and regulations (Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, Commercial, etc.)

• Experience with DaVita revenue cycle systems (Nautilus, CAT, Reggie, etc.)

• Proficient in reading and interpreting payor contracts and explanations of benefits (EOBs)
