Revenue Specialist I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Managing patient insurance details during the patient intake process

• Collecting payments for outstanding patient accounts

• Addressing overpayments from payers and processing necessary refunds

• Engaging with insurance payers to verify appropriate insurance coverage for our patients

• Ensuring prompt and accurate reimbursement for provided dialysis services

• Working alongside other revenue operations teams to facilitate smooth processes

• Collaborating with clinic teammates to guarantee timely and precise insurance information

• Recognizing process improvements and opportunities for continuous enhancement

• Upholding the confidentiality of all company and patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or its equivalent

• Fundamental computer skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Preferred experience in Revenue Cycle health insurance claims
