Revenue Product Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee revenue product initiatives by collaborating with Product, Pricing, Operations, and Engineering teams.

• Assist in the complete product launch process by managing launch checklists, rollout strategies, readiness assessment, internal communications, and ensuring stakeholder alignment.

• Organize regular stakeholder meetings, document decisions and action items, and guarantee follow-through by all responsible parties within set deadlines.

• Direct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination by establishing test scenarios, tracking issues, managing pilot programs or phased rollouts, gathering feedback and performance metrics, and collaborating with engineering and business teams to prioritize bug fixes.

• Keep thorough documentation of product roadmaps, timelines, dependencies, and delivery commitments; offer status updates and executive-level reports on progress, risks, and significant decisions.

• Utilize data to monitor product performance, rollout effectiveness, and operational metrics; collaborate with Analytics teams on reporting, dashboards, and insights.

• Identify and escalate obstacles, dependencies, and risks, providing actionable recommendations; standardize workflows, templates, and documentation practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

• 2–5 years of experience in a relevant field.

• Familiarity with AI tools to boost productivity and support product execution.

• Proficiency with project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or Monday.com.

• Experience with documentation tools like Confluence or Notion.

• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment without direct authority.

• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
