Revenue Operations Staff Systems Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the architecture and functionality of Arcadia’s go-to-market and Customer Operations technology ecosystem.

• Manage and develop Salesforce, encompassing configuration, security, access, objects, fields, flows, automation, reporting, and platform health.

• Enhance and extend Planhat by implementing health scores, playbooks, lifecycle workflows, dashboards, and integrations.

• Participate in the design, build, configuration, integration, and implementation of RocketLane for customer onboarding.

• Create system solutions that convert Sales, Marketing, and Operations process requirements into dependable configurations, automations, and integrations.

• Develop, configure, test, deploy, and release capabilities throughout the technology stack, including change control and rollback planning.

• Design, develop, and maintain AI agents and bots for GTM and Customer Operations workflows.

• Create workflow automations that minimize manual labor while ensuring human oversight and monitoring.

• Establish and sustain integrations among Salesforce, Planhat, RocketLane, and other downstream systems using APIs, integration platforms, or middleware.

• Enhance data quality through deduplication, field governance, and consistent synchronization.

• Generate reporting and dashboards for Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success leaders.

• Provide user administration and support, including access provisioning, troubleshooting, and request management.

• Conduct user training and develop enablement materials.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and Corporate IT to prioritize tasks and align systems with business operations.

• Report to the Director of Corporate IT.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in administering and configuring SaaS business platforms within a GTM, sales operations, marketing operations, or customer operations context.

• Practical experience in Salesforce administration and configuration, including understanding the security model, automation, data model, and reporting.

• Prior experience leading a cleanup or overhaul of an existing Salesforce organization is highly preferred.

• Comprehensive experience throughout the system lifecycle: design, build, deployment, and ongoing administration.

• Proficiency in building and maintaining SaaS platform integrations using APIs, integration platforms, or middleware.

• Experience in creating automations and ideally in developing AI agents or bots to support business teams.

• Ability to translate Sales, Marketing, and Operations process needs into effective systems.

• Strong skills in troubleshooting, documentation, and prioritization.

• Capability to manage a queue of competing requests.

• Adaptability to a rapidly changing tooling environment and quick learning of new platforms.

• Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred; Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certifications are a plus.

• Hands-on experience with Planhat or similar platforms like Gainsight or Totango.

• Experience in implementing or administering RocketLane or comparable PSA/onboarding platforms.

• Background in building AI agents or assistants using LLMs or agentic frameworks.

• Familiarity with marketing automation, CPQ, or revenue operations tools.

• Experience integrating GTM systems with finance or ERP platforms such as NetSuite.

• Background in SaaS or healthcare technology.

• Knowledge of HIPAA, SOC 2, or ISO 27001 compliance requirements.

• Experience with Salesforce, Planhat, RocketLane, OpenAI, Claude, AI Agents, REST APIs, GraphQL, Webhooks, Workato, Zapier, SQL, Business Intelligence, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success Platforms.
