This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Transition customers from recently acquired alarm companies into Salesforce by accurately establishing accounts, service addresses, contacts, and billing records.
β’ Properly configure each integrated customer: setting the billing cycle and frequency, ensuring the correct recurring line items (alarm monitoring, video security, access control), and linking to the central monitoring station.
β’ Manage multi-location accounts efficiently β for example, handling a single billing entity with multiple service addresses nationwide.
β’ Collaborate with leadership during the post-acquisition integration process, proactively identifying issues and edge cases.
β’ Extract Salesforce data monthly to calculate total RMR and new RMR.
β’ Generate the monthly attrition report, taking into account new customers, pricing changes, discounts, cancellations, and transfers.
β’ Maintain a trailing six-month view for leadership to monitor RMR and attrition trends over time.
β’ Create and manage customer subscriptions monthly with the appropriate line items and billing frequency (e.g., monthly or quarterly).
β’ Process account updates, including billing changes, address modifications, added scopes of service, and other adjustments.
β’ Act as the main point of contact for RMR changes in Salesforce, with leadership review prior to implementation.
β’ Highly proficient with technology and spreadsheets β quick to learn new tools and capable of aggregating data from various sources.
β’ Strong Salesforce expertise or a demonstrated ability to quickly master a CRM system (including invoices, contacts, opportunities, reports, and mass changes).
β’ Exceptional attention to detail and a consistent practice of double-checking work β accuracy is paramount.
β’ Composed, steady, and reliable under pressure; able to handle ambiguous, detail-oriented tasks without becoming flustered.
β’ Proficient in written and spoken English for effective coordination with the U.S. team and the I-Team.
β’ Self-motivated and trustworthy within a fully remote, distributed team environment.
β’ Client Relationship: You will work directly with the client, which entails communicating with them, providing services, and addressing any client-related matters independently.
β’ Payments: All payments for your services will be managed by the client. Elevate and Delegate does not handle payroll processing; your salary will go directly to you.
β’ Vacation Leaves and Holidays: Although we may offer recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the ultimate decision rests with the client. You are expected to coordinate your schedule with the clientβs business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have.
