This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Take ownership of maintaining data integrity in HubSpot across contacts, companies, and deals.
• Develop and enhance automated workflows for efficiency.
• Oversee pipeline stages and uphold CRM best practices.
• Create dashboards for Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Monitor conversion rates, sales velocity, and pipeline coverage.
• Implement automation for lead routing, lifecycle updates, and alerts.
• Conduct pipeline audits and identify potential risks early.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations.
• Proficient in HubSpot, with advanced skills (Enterprise experience preferred).
• Capable of creating multi-step HubSpot workflows from the ground up.
• Knowledgeable in lead scoring and lifecycle automation techniques.
• Experience in automating lead routing and establishing assignment rules.
• Developed reporting dashboards utilized by executive leadership.
• Strong grasp of funnel metrics and analytics.
• Exceptional attention to detail regarding data accuracy.
• HubSpot certifications are a plus.
• Familiarity with integrating HubSpot with other systems is advantageous.
• Basic SQL knowledge or advanced spreadsheet capabilities are desirable.
• Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) or professional services is a plus.
