This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Design, execute, and sustain a cohesive revenue operations strategy (from acquisition to onboarding and retention) that aligns with the overall growth objectives of the organization.
• Synchronize sales, marketing, client engagement, and retention activities around common KPIs, well-defined workflows, and consistent data definitions.
• Oversee the revenue technology stack and process framework, including CRM, marketing automation, pipeline and forecasting tools, dashboards, data hygiene, and integrations.
• Establish and monitor critical metrics and reporting (pipeline health, conversion rates, win/loss analysis, churn/retention, average deal size) while providing actionable insights to the leadership team.
• Detect bottlenecks, friction points, or inefficiencies throughout the revenue lifecycle and spearhead improvement initiatives such as automation, process redesign, and adoption of best practices.
• Project revenue performance, conduct scenario modeling, and assist in the budget and target-setting processes for go-to-market functions.
• Lead or collaborate with training and enablement teams to ensure that go-to-market personnel are effectively utilizing the system, achieving strong adoption rates, and fully leveraging performance data.
• Manage, mentor, and develop members of the revenue operations team (analysts, systems specialists, process owners) as the function expands.
• Guarantee data integrity across the organization, ensuring clean, consistent, and reliable operational and revenue data that aids decision-making.
• Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Executive teams to ensure alignment of revenue recognition, deal structuring, pricing, and operational capacity with strategic objectives.
• Act as a change agent and advocate for a RevOps culture, breaking down silos and embedding a “revenue operations mindset” throughout teams.
• At least 1+ years of practical experience as a Salesforce Administrator, demonstrating proven technical expertise (beyond theoretical knowledge).
• Experience in Operations supporting Revenue, Sales, and Marketing functions.
• An analytical mindset, proficient in interpreting large data sets, creating dashboards, generating insights, forecasting, and modeling.
• Exceptional process orientation, with experience in mapping workflows from start to finish and driving efficiency improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of influencing senior leadership and collaborating across teams.
• Capability to excel in a fast-paced environment, manage ambiguity, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational skills, project management discipline, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Klaviyo or experience with email marketing tools is a plus.
